Yes, we do remove light bird droppings and tree sap as part of our standard exterior wash. However, if your vehicle has been parked under a tree for an extended period and the exterior is heavily contaminated, an additional charge may apply—capped at £20. Don’t worry, our Valeter will assess the condition and inform you in advance if any extra cost is necessary.

Please remember that bird droppings are highly acidic and can cause permanent paint damage if not cleaned within 24 hours. In such cases, a machine polish may be required to restore the finish. If you’d like to include this service, just let us know—we’re happy to help.

To secure your booking, we require a debit or credit card authorisation. Our payment system will temporarily hold £1.00 to verify the card, which will be automatically released within 5 working days.

You’re welcome to pay by cash on the day or use the pre-authorised card—just let the valeter know your preference upon arrival.

Our vans are fully equipped and completely self-contained, carrying both power and water on board.
